Acceptable stay, issues noted
I had some problems . Someone from housekeeping took one of our room cards while we were out. The front desk didn't seem too concerned. They just offered to issue another card. the room service wasn't what I expect from a hotel of this brand. There were marks on the bedsheet from the first day. Housekeeping did not change our bedsheets the next day. The marks were still there.

short walk convenient location nearby supermarket
the hotel location is very convenient. it is a short walk to southern cross station. i found a supermarket and a chemist nearby, so that worked well for me.
the gym is a bit small for a hotel of this size.

breakfast range relaxing spa
The buffet breakfast offered a good range, and everything I ate was good. The kitchen prepares omelettes upon request. The pool and spa provided relaxation after city walks. ,but the pool was awesome!
The walls are pretty thin. I could hear a child shouting in the room next door.

Really good Hotel Stay
amazing lobby professional staff free games
The lobby was amazing and the staff greeted me quickly. I appreciated the pool, steam room, sauna and gym. Fast check in and check out made everything efficient. I especially enjoyed the free arcade games for my daughter.
The cleaning service was rather poor.

Rooms were very clean with great amenities. There was a great bed and a good variety of pillows were available, I slept very well! The rooms were modern and spacious enough.
